I'm new to pomegranates. Well, trying to become new. I don't know what to do with them. I don't know how to describe their taste. Please help!

I'd say that the seeds are crunchy, juicy, and sweet. I think that they are good for breakfast with Greek yogurt and pistachios.

I’ve always been fascinated by pomegranates--their color and taste. I’ve noticed they’re a common motif in Middle Eastern art and cuisine. I’ve added them to fruit salads, but never baked with them, so I’m glad for your recipe and your delightful post. Happy New Year, Vicki! I hope 2023 brings you and yours good health and happiness.😊 🥂

What a lovely piece. Seeing pomegranates on a tree in Dubrovnik sounds spectacular! I've seen them growing on trees in Southern California and am always wowed by that. Your tart recipe combines so many wonderful flavors and textures and it would make nice party snack or festive lunch. Thanks for the inspiration. Hope you have a wonderful start to the new year.
