I will definitely bake this cheesecake the next time I have company for dinner! Or tea!

Another inspiring story to match your recipe. Congrats on placing your uncle's papers; a remarkable legacy to be sure. So glad your photo contained the gold watch!

An amazing story of accomplishments! Stories of our ancestors are so intriguing And so important to contemplate, considering all they might’ve gone through. The cheesecake sounds wonderful, thank you for including the recipe.

What a sweet story. I'm fascinated by your uncle's story and that he created a handwritten memoir. Your teapot painting and photo of tea and cheese cake are beautiful. Thanks for some cheer during a stretch of grey days.

Just delightful--the story, illustration and recipe! I grew up with my mother’s cheesecake, which was similar but baked in a springform pan in a water bath. This method seems more doable.
